inthinc Technology Solutions Inc., a global telematics company focused on fleet management and driving safety solutions, has opened a new operations center in Calgary, Alberta. This is the second Canada-based inthinc facility announced in less than one year. Furthering its commitment to its international customers, inthinc opened the office — primarily used for hardware production and service — to manage the growing demand from the Canadian market.
"Our Canadian customer base has grown by nearly 50 percent over the past two years," said Todd Follmer, CEO, inthinc Technology Solutions. "This new facility in Calgary will enable better access to our Canadian customers, eliminate delivery delays due to international shipping processes, and provide an infrastructure to maintain growing demand in this region for years to come."
Current inthinc customers in Canada include large oil and gas, mining, and other organizations with large fleets that leverage inthinc solutions to improve driver behavior and asset management.
